Warranty Information
Merkury Innovations warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or natural disasters, such as floods and earthquakes. The warranty is valid as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product, or after the warranty period expires. You must have a copy of your original sales receipt in order for a warranty claim to be made. To report a warranty defect, please click on the support link on the top of the page, or e-mail support@merkuryinnovations.com. Please include your telephone number so that we may contact you. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs to Merkury Innovations but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranted product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.
Returns
Unopened item(s) may be returned in their original condition within 15 days of your purchase for an online store credit less shipping charges. Certain restrictions and exceptions apply. Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility. Product must be unregistered with complete packaging and support material and ready for sale as a new product. Upon the return of an item within the return policy we will verify all parts are included and ensure that there is no user-caused failure or damage to the item. Please allow up to 72 hours after we receive the item for the credit to appear in your account.
